Wine from Maipo Costa, from the Longovilo field. warm temperature valley, due to the prevailing breeze of the sector. A vineyard with vines 15 years that have a drip irrigation system.

Of soft hills, different exposures and a variety of soils determine an unlikely but sublime equation.

winemaking

The grapes are harvested manually.. Maceration is preferential at a temperature of 8° for 5 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation in an oxidizable steel tank at 25-28°C for 7 days and post-fermentative maceration of 10 days.

CATA's notes

Deep purple-red color with black highlights. Fragrant nose, marked by notes of red and black fruits, cinnamon, demand, in vain, leather and paprika. It is a tasty and robust assembly. A Chilean wine of tomo and lomo that reflects the richness and complexity of the country through both strains.
